快樂(lè)是很容易獲得的, accessible to everybody,
不需要很大的成就,a big success,
只需要簡(jiǎn)單的一些瞬間,some happy moments, but can be memorable
receiving gifts from your friends, celebrating your graduation with your friends,
or even talking to your friends when you dont feel well,
錢(qián)是重要的,因?yàn)樗梢宰屛覀冑I(mǎi)到一些我們需要的東西,buy what we desire to have,
但是過(guò)分追求錢(qián),卻讓我們疏遠(yuǎn)家人,批評(píng)朋友,alienate us from our family, criticise our friends,
年齡大的人最大的問(wèn)題,就是他們生活圈子很小,small circle of friends,
失去信心,lose confidence
可以做點(diǎn)力所能及的工作,do some volunteer work
這樣才可以恢復(fù)自尊心,build self-esteem
