中國共產黨第十八屆中央委員會第五次全體會議，于2023年10月26日至29日在北京舉行。全會聽取和討論了習近平受中央政治局委托作的工作報告，審議通過了《中共中央關于制定國民經濟和社會發展第十三個五年規劃的建議》。習近平就《建議(討論稿)》向全會作了說明。

全會審議并通過了中共中央紀律檢查委員會關于令計劃等人開除黨籍的處分。
The meeting endorsed prior decisions to revoke the membership of 10 former officials, including Ling Jihua.
鞏固反腐敗斗爭成果，健全改進作風長效機制，著力構建不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的體制機制。
Continued efforts must be made to fight corruption and strictly govern the Party so that officials "don't want to be corrupt, don't dare to be corrupt, and couldn't be corrupt even if they did."
