1.基數詞的構成及其說明?
1).1~12是獨立的單詞。即：?
one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine,ten,eleven,twelve?
2).13~19，多數在末尾加-teen，但應注意13、15、18的拼寫形式。例如：?

有一首歌訣，可以幫助我們迅速地用英語讀出長數字。?
從右向左三逗開，一逗千，二逗百萬，三逗就是十萬萬;左右三位分開讀，保你又快又喜歡。?
①從右向左三逗開，指從右向左把長數字每三位用逗號分開。如：10,000;225,430;51,000,000,000?
②一逗千，二逗百萬，三逗就是十萬萬;指從右向左的第一個逗號表示千第二個逗號表示百萬第三個逗號表示十萬萬。 ?
③左右三位分開讀，保你又快又喜歡。指讀數時從左向右，每三位三位地按三位數的讀法讀，遇到有逗號時就分別加上該逗號所表示的那個英語單詞。
2.hundred, thousand,million與of連用
數詞hundred,thousand,million等的前面有其他數詞,用作確定的數目時,不用復數形式。例如：?
three thousand 三千?five hundred 五百?
但是當hundred,thousand,million在用作不確定的數目時，則需用復數形式，并且往往后接of。例如：?
hundreds of people 幾百人?hundreds of thousands of people 幾十萬人?millions of the locusts 千百萬只蝗蟲
用hundred等數詞
有s時有of，沒有s沒of;?數詞前面加，沒有s沒of;?前面無數詞，有s也有of。
3.dozen, score?
1)dozen表示一打(十二個)score表示二十個，也是一個量的單位。在dozen和score表示數量時，前面有具體的數字或several修飾，也不加-s。例如：?
He bought two dozen eggs yesterday.?他昨天買了兩打雞蛋。?
There are three score of cows on the farm.?這個農場有六十頭牛。?
2)當dozen,score不與具體的數詞或several連用時，可以用復數形式表示許多。例如：
Dozens of bikes are put under the tree.?許多自行車被放在了樹下。?
Scores of visitors are interested in the Great Wall.?
許多游客對長城感興趣。?
4.基數詞在句子中的應用?
基數詞在句子里可以作主語、賓語、表語和定語。例如：?
