“以房養(yǎng)老”受爭議

日前，國務(wù)院對外發(fā)布《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見》，提出我國將試點(diǎn)開展老年人住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險，即將房子抵押給銀行、保險公司等金融機(jī)構(gòu)，評估后獲得一筆款項(xiàng)，由金融機(jī)構(gòu)按月發(fā)放給抵押人用于養(yǎng)老直到其身故。此舉引發(fā)公眾對“以房養(yǎng)老”的關(guān)切和熱議。
