“醫患糾紛”頻發

針對當前醫療糾紛和醫患矛盾仍較突出的情況，公安部建議各級各類醫院進一步加強自身建設，從源頭上預防和減少各類矛盾糾紛，增進醫患溝通，暢通投訴渠道，妥善解決患者有關訴求。同時，進一步健全醫患糾紛調處機制，公開、公平妥善化解矛盾。

Seven people were killed and 28 injured in the 11 violent patient-doctor disputes in 2024. These disputes occurred in eight provinces or regions, including Beijing and Heilongjiang, the National Health and Family Planning Commission said.

國家衛生與計劃生育委員會表示，2024年發生的11起暴力醫患糾紛中有7人死亡，28人受傷。這些糾紛的發生地包括北京、黑龍江等八個省市區。
