　　There was a boy who was sent to a boarding school. He used to be the brightest student in his class. He was at the top in every competition.

　　But things changed after that. His grades started dropping. He hated being in a group. He was lonely all the time. He felt worthless and that no one loved him.

　　His parents began to worry. But even they did not know what was wrong. So his dad decided to visit the school and talk with him.

　　They sat on the bank of the lake near the school. The father started asking him casual questions about his classes, teachers and sports. Then he asked, “Do you know, son, why I am here today?”

　　The boy said, “To check my grades?”

　　“不，不，”父親說，“我來這兒是想告訴你，你是對我來說最重要的人。我想要你快樂。我不在乎成績，我只在乎你。我在乎你的快樂。

　　你是我的生命。”

　　這些話使男孩的眼睛里充滿了淚水。他抱住了父親。彼此許久都默默無言。

　　現(xiàn)在，男孩擁有了他想要的一切。他知道在這個世界上有人在深深地關(guān)心著他。對于那個人而言，他意味著整個世界。今天，這個年輕人上了大學(xué)，名列前茅，沒人再見他哀傷過！
