　　Ⅰ.take care of“照料=look after,即指喂飯照看等。如：

　　① Nurses take care of patients in hospital.

　　：它還可表所負(fù)的責(zé)任，如：

　　① Mr Savage takes care of marketing and publicity. 薩維奇先生負(fù)責(zé)銷售和宣傳。

　　Ⅱ.care about表你是否認(rèn)為某件事是重要的，某件事是否引起了你的興趣或使你憂慮，常用于疑問(wèn)句或否定句中，后接從句時(shí)，about一般都要省略。如：

　　I don’t care whether it rains, I’m happy. 我才不在乎下不下雨呢，我快活著呢。

　　Ⅲ.care for 有以下幾種意思

　　1)“照料”(特別是多用在正式的或較文的文體中)如：

　　She spent the best years of her life caring for her sick father. 她把一生中最好的歲月都用來(lái)照料她那有病的父親了。

　　2)“關(guān)懷”“關(guān)心”如：care for the younger generation 關(guān)懷年輕的一代

　　3)“喜歡、愿意”(多用在疑問(wèn)句或否定句中) 如：

　　① Would you care for a cup of tea? 你喜歡喝一杯茶嗎?

　　② I don’t/shouldn’t care for him to read this letter. 我不愿讓他看這封信。
