　　before, in front of, in the front of

　　這些前置詞均含有在前之意。

　　1.before : 指空間位置或時間的在前。表時間時，反義詞為after;指空間位置時，其反義詞是behind。

　　例如：The man standing before the blackboard is our English teacher.(站在黑板前面的那個人是我們的英語老師。)

　　We got up before sunrise.(我們在太陽升起之前起床。)

　　2.in front of : 指在某地方之外的前面，即不在其中，多與靜態(tài)動詞連用，通常可與before通用。

　　例如：My view of the stage was blocked by the big hat of the woman sitting in front of me.(我的視線被坐在前排婦女的大帽子遮住了, 看不見舞臺。)

　　3.in the front of : 指在某地方之內(nèi)的前面，即在其中的前部分。

　　例如：In the front of the picture is the figure of a man.(在這張照片的最前面是一位男士。)
