句中的sir意思是先生，單獨使用，不可加在人的姓前，是稱呼對方的一種尊稱。例如：

句是的this term 表示本學期，this在這兒表示目前這段時間，類似這樣的寫法還有this week（本周）,this month（本月）,this year（今年），this morning（今天早上）。注意本短語作時間狀語，不需要介詞，直接寫就可以。例如：
I read the text this morning.
我今天早上讀課文。
We are going to help farmers this week.
本周我們要去幫助農民干活。
