"Mission: Impossible -- Rogue Nation," the fifthinstallment of the action blockbuster, was second, with 73.4 million yuan, China Film Newsreported Thursday.

The film, which stars Tom Cruise, has grossed about 839.4 million yuan in total ticket sales afteropening on Sept. 8.

"Mission: Impossible -- Rogue Nation," was closely followed by "Minions," which earned 57.6million yuan in the week.It has made 377.6 million yuan at the box office since it was releasedon Sept. 13.

Rounding out the top five was action-fantasy "Pixels", which raked in 20.4 million yuan in theweek. Its total box office reached 98.3 million yuan on Sept. 27 after opening on Sept. 15.
