“國家級新區(qū)”改革促進政府“職能轉(zhuǎn)變”

肩負著“先行先試”的“國家使命”，上海浦東、天津濱海、重慶兩江、浙江舟山、甘肅蘭州、廣州南沙六大新區(qū)大膽突破，積極創(chuàng)新，大力推進以提高政府效能為主的行政管理體制改革，促進政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變。

Located in both coastal regions and the hinterland, China's six "state-level new areas" have been innovating to chart the way forward for the country's new round of reform and opening up.

中國位于沿海地區(qū)和內(nèi)陸的六個“國家級新區(qū)”正在積極創(chuàng)新，為國家新一輪改革開放鋪路搭橋。

“國家級新區(qū)”就是state-level new areas，和5個special economic zones 今年9月份，濱海新區(qū)宣布撤銷塘沽、漢沽、大港三區(qū)工委和管委會，由濱海新區(qū)區(qū)委區(qū)政府統(tǒng)一領導，這有助于促進functional transition of the governments
