To get to the root of this problem, we should call on the efforts from all sides to recognize the value of honesty and credibility in the fide of commodity economy. For one thing, the government should enact strict laws and regulations to punish frauds. For another, the mass media and education institutes should play a positive role in restoring mutual trust.
