its my honor to speak here and i am very glad to share my topic with all of you. today id like to talk about “my dream”. i do not just have one dream, in fact, i have three. they are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.
i have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. they are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! how do they do that!？my grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! i guess that is why they can remain healthy. more importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. my grandmother once told me this:” i do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. i want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday i make the same wish. i wish my parents will not fight anymore. i am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! i am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. they do! they love me with all their heart. i love my parents also; i want them to live a happy life as well.
i want to travel this great country of ours. i want to see the beauty of our country. i want to see the miracles that made this country great! i want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! i have a dream, that one day i can travel and see my country with my family and friends! if that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. if i can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then god can take me away. i would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

當(dāng)我張開(kāi)嘴讓他們跟著我念單詞時(shí)又有同學(xué)舉手提議：“老師，我們今天學(xué)唱英文歌吧！我們能自己跟著磁帶學(xué)，那樣你的嗓子會(huì)好得快些，媽媽說(shuō)嗓子啞了要少說(shuō)話(huà)！”多懂事的孩子，只知他們平時(shí)愛(ài)惹我生氣，不知他們竟也知道關(guān)心我！下課了，孩子們硬要把剝好的橘子塞進(jìn)我的嘴里，說(shuō)：“老師吃了它吧！吃了你的嗓子就會(huì)好了！”在那一刻我感受到了三十多顆幼小的心靈對(duì)我的撫慰，感受到了他們對(duì)我的理解和支持，作為一名幼兒教師我心甘情愿了！
去年十二月，我要教四個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)、要忙于迎接期末考試、要為教師文藝匯演緊張地排練、要為圣誕節(jié)英語(yǔ)晚會(huì)準(zhǔn)備初中七年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)節(jié)目。初中生懂的英語(yǔ)比較少，我沒(méi)法將臺(tái)詞寫(xiě)下來(lái)讓他們自己去背，只能嘴對(duì)嘴的一字一詞地教。緊張的排練和不定時(shí)的加班幾乎壓垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天幾遍排練下來(lái)后孩子們已經(jīng)練得氣喘吁吁了，我說(shuō)：“你們累了，就早點(diǎn)休息吧！”可是沒(méi)有一個(gè)孩子離開(kāi)我，他們圍在我身邊仰著小臉懇切地說(shuō)：“老師，咱們?cè)倬氁粫?huì)兒吧！我們不累！真的，我們不怕累！”看著孩子們汗津津的小臉，我突然感到自己是那么的軟弱。我說(shuō)，你們不怕，老師也不怕，咱們一起練。排練結(jié)束后，我和孩子們一起笑著鬧著，心里感受到一種從未有過(guò)的輕松，我知道是孩子們幫助了我，鼓舞了我。當(dāng)我在臺(tái)下看著他們成功的表演時(shí)，淚水再也忍不住地流了下來(lái)，作為一名人民教師愛(ài)的奉獻(xiàn)是無(wú)盡的。

first, i’ll say something about world expo history. as we know, the very first world expo, the great exhibition of 1851, took place in the crystal palace in london. uk. ever since then, the goals of world expos have been both high-minded as well as commercial. visitors are able to explore the world outside of their everyday experience-outside cultures, new scientific advancements, and new inventions. world expos have excited and inspired more and more people in the world.
on december3, 20xx, the bureau of international expositions (or call it bie) announced that shanghai will host expo20xx. the bie had received bids from five cities to host expo20xx .among the 5 nice cities, the bie chose shanghai at last! it’s really an exciting news for not only shanghainese, but also all of chinese people. here are some details about it.
look at this profile carefully. the title is “the 20xx world exposition，shanghai, china ”. this is the logo.
and the theme is “better city.，better life”.ok, let’s guess who is the image representative? yeah, you’re right, yao ming!
shanghai expo is the first comprehensive world expo held in a developing country. and it is also the first one that takes “the city” as its theme, hoping that it can push forward the city development and help bring about a better urban living environment, just like the theme: better city, better life.

b）順應(yīng)教學(xué)改革方向，積極參加教學(xué)改革。根據(jù)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)，我打算開(kāi)展“任務(wù)型教學(xué)”實(shí)驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，把學(xué)習(xí)者個(gè)人的生活經(jīng)歷作為課堂學(xué)習(xí)的主要資源，力圖將課堂內(nèi)的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)與課堂外的語(yǔ)言活動(dòng)結(jié)合起來(lái)。
c）結(jié)合英語(yǔ)學(xué)科特點(diǎn)和學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，配合學(xué)校的校本教研，設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)展豐富多采的英語(yǔ)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步拓展學(xué)生的視野，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生各方面能力。
d）加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹(shù)立自已強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，加強(qiáng)自已的工作能力和工作藝術(shù)，顧全大局，維護(hù)學(xué)校良好形象，努力調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭(zhēng)在教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)實(shí)力，在工作中保持動(dòng)力，在學(xué)生和老師的交往中凝聚合力。
